At The Anoushka, we take care to pack and dispatch every order safely and securely.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
DELIVERY TIME
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email or other available communication methods.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and mobile number while placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect contact details, repeated unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE
If the outer package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take photographs/video of the package before opening it.
For damaged, leaking, defective or different-product claims, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Such claims must be reported within the period specified in that policy.
DELIVERY DELAYS
The Anoushka will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date where delays occur due to courier operations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
